Refund policy
In accordance with statutory online purchase guidelines, returns notified within 14 days of receipt of goods will in general be accepted. The consumer will then have 14 days to ensure the goods are returned. Assuming all terms are met refunds will be issued in full to the card used on the original purchase. The exception to this will be orders notified as 'special orders' and / or 'hygiene related' items (most commonly - WC seats). In addition to specific notes on the relevant product page, we will endeavour to communicate prior to dispatching goods if they fall within these specific categories. Note - 'hygiene related' items (i.e WC seats) will come with a protective seal and once broken, these items cannot be returned for non-fault reasons.
In the event you wish to return goods purchased, this can be carried out via courier services or direct to our Glasgow store (2 Howard Court, Nerston, East Kilbride, G74 4QZ). In some instances and strictly at our discretion we can arrange for the return of goods otherwise it is your responsibility to return goods and will be liable for the condition in which they arrive with us.
All returns to store must be approved beforehand – note we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returns to store where this has not been arranged.
All damaged / missing item claims must be made within writing (includes email) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in full original non-damaged packaging and strictly before any attempt of fitting.
Returns without claim of damage or errors on our part, and those out with 14 days of delivery may be subject to handling & administrative charges.
